Consider the following empirical evidence from a Doctoral Research Study conducted on HCAW empowered churches. The research discovered the following impact on the members of these churches with intentional WorkLife ministries compared to a control group of other churches:

• An incredible 58% increase in overall satisfaction with their church
• A 168% increase in satisfaction with the "equipping" provided by their church
• An increase in their job satisfaction at work (more productivity)
• An increase in commitment to their employers (less turnover)
